Victoria comes from a diverse business-oriented background. Having been awarded an Honours degree in Management from the University of Nottingham, Victoria has spent the last few years gaining experience across industry. This includes hospitality, child care, property and energy, giving her a broad range of knowledge, insight and expertise.
In 2020, Victoria became CEO of The Rigby Organisation.

Tom is an ACMA and CGMA qualified professional accountant and has spent a career in finance spanning nearly two decades. Tom started his career with a national housing association and a market leading distribution company where he held senior positions.
Tom joined The Rigby Organisation in 2011 and has overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the wider organisation.
